Coping Skills for Bipolar 1
- Get 8-12 hours of good uninterrupted sleep every night
- Drink lots of water to stay hydrated during the day
- Exercise daily and lifts weights and do cardio
- Eat REAL food. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits
- Limit or avoid Alcohol, Weed, and tobacco
