My name is Alex and I am 28 years old and have battled with mental health issues my whole life. On this blog I will be providing solutions and strategies that I have used to battle bipolar.

  • Coping Skills for Bipolar 1

    1. Get 8-12 hours of good uninterrupted sleep every night
    2. Drink lots of water to stay hydrated during the day
    3. Exercise daily and lifts weights and do cardio
    4. Eat REAL food. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits
    5. Limit or avoid Alcohol, Weed, and tobacco
